Extended Warranty Policy
- Scube’s extended warranty policy gives customers the option to return their mattresses with a full refund within 100 days of purchase.
- If the optional Extended warranty is purchased, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding the $100 cost of the extended warranty). The Extended warranty will allow you try mattress for 100 days and if you are not satisfied, we can process the return.
- We will arrange pick-up of the mattress from the address we delivered to. It can take up to 7-10 business days to collect the mattress and only take place during regular business hours.
- Before requesting a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with copy of your invoice or packaging slip.
- Any mattress that has been scratched, damaged, or not in moderate condition will not be accepted for a refund.
- Our return policy is to return or exchange a maximum of one mattress per family. All returns are only applicable to the customer’s first order. Please contact us during the 100 days of owning your mattress to apply for a return.
- If the customer is looking to exchange their mattress, they will be responsible for paying the difference between the exchanged mattress and a new mattress. Scube will cover the shipping cost and delivery fee.
Mattress Warranty
- Can the warranty of the mattress from Scube be transferred elsewhere?
- To any individual who has bought the mattress, kindly hold a duplicate of your request affirmation as verification of the purchase. You will require this to make a case; without it, we maintain all authority to dismiss any case under this warranty. Kindly note that the warranty is to serve the first buyer just and is not adaptable at resale.
- What highlights the warranty benefit?
- The warranty will only be covered if the Scube mattress has not been handled indelicately.
- If there is a malfunction in the zipper fabrication or the fabric of the mattress cover, the warranty will only be authorized for the mattress cover.
- What does not highlight the warranty benefit?
The following categories that the warranty does not cover are:
- Mattress that has been torn, slashed, or cut by force.
- Personal preferences of comfort after purchasing the mattress.
- Exposing the mattress to different weather climates.
- Mattresses is infected with mold or bed bugs.
- Mattress is in poor condition such as dirt, broken, or that smells.
- Mattress is bought by a third party.
- Effective date of the warranty.
- The warranty begins once the product has been purchased and delivered.
- What is the purchaser’s responsibility to submit the claim?
To process a claim under the guidelines of the Warranty. Follow these steps:
- Please send us a description and photo of the issue and problem that is affecting the Mattress product.
- Please send us a copy of the order number of the original bill of sale to [email protected].
- Our team will ask for your assistance to help identify the concern.
- What does Scube do after the claim for the warranty has been received?
- Scube will cross-examine and review all information received about the warranty case of the mattress. When we obtain all the necessary documentation of the claim, we will determine whether the warranty protects the issue at our absolute and fair judgement. If we decide that it is covered, we will replace or repair your mattress and deliver it back.
- What to know if a refund is needed only?
- Refunds are only granted when there is a major failure or product malfunction that is covered within the warranty period. In the event of a significant failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
- What is the period of warranty?
- Glacial mattresses (10” Gel infused memory foam) come with a 10 years (5+5) of warranty. Feather mattresses (6” foamy mattress) covers 3 years (1+2).
